The big thing that’s going on with me right now is that I can’t find my copy of American Psycho (it’s one of 10,000 books that seems to be missing from my carefully organized shelf, top of dresser, and window ledge book storage system) and so what I need is for someone to transcribe or very accurately describe what I call the ‘tights’ scene, by which I mean the part where Patrick meets the three models (he takes one of them home but doesn’t kill her, though he does ask her if she wants to get hurt) and they’re all wearing the same black minidress but different tights and shoes—I think one pair is silver-paint splattered Betsey Johnson? And they get progressively more exciting (to me, hosiery aficionado) and also there might be a black satin bow pump thing and I’d just really like to know so I can deal with this month’s replacing of all snagged or otherwise unusable stockings.
